tex.tracer inspire 2025 – the fourth edition of our annual event designed to inspire, connect and enjoy!
On 12 June, we gathered at the iconic Fashion for Good building in Amsterdam for the fourth annual edition of tex.tracer Inspire, a day designed to inspire, connect & enjoy with 150 fashion and textile professionals from across the industry.
From thought-provoking keynotes to hands-on sessions, the 2025 edition pushed the boundaries of how we think about traceability, technology, and transformation in global supply chains.
Starting with the vision forward
Our CEO Jolanda Kooi opened the day by sharing tex.tracer’s bold vision for 2030, highlighting how we aim to transform supply chain transparency from compliance-driven to value-led. With an integrated focus on ESG performance, risk insight, and real-time collaboration, she emphasised our belief that transparency is not the end goal, but the foundation for meaningful, measurable improvement.
Inspiring keynote: Lisanne Buik on AI, Ethics, and the Future of Supply Chain Transparency
Far from dystopian speculation, Lisanne Buik explored the real-world responsibilities and design choices that shape how AI is used in our industry. Her concept of Gracious AI provided a future-proof ethical framework, emphasising collaboration, transparency, and empowerment over control.

Breakout sessions
Attendees then split into two engaging breakout sessions:
1. Panel talk: building the right tech stack for traceability
In partnership with Delogue and TCOG, our CEO Jolanda Kooi hosted an insightful panel on the role of integrated data in driving compliance and innovation. Together with industry professionals from Baker Tilly and Only for Men, discussed the tools needed for brands and other stakeholders to future-proof their operations.
2. Workshop: the power and potential of the Digital Product Passport
Led by our CCO Olaf Lohle and in collaboration with Casestudy, this session tackled the extended DPP through the lens of the circular R-ladder. Participants brainstormed how DPPs can be more than a compliance burden by becoming commercially interesting and strategically valuable.

Back in the ballroom: how tex.tracer uses AI
Our Head of Product and Data, Mara Janssen, offered an insightful look at how tex.tracer applies AI to transform supply chain data into actionable insights. From automated risk assessments to ESG reporting and DPP generation, this is where transparency becomes transformation.
Purpose-driven participation
True to our mission, this year’s event was not just about attending, but about making an impact. Together with our attendees, we raised €1,200 for the Sheltersuit Foundation, supporting their work in providing weatherproof shelter for people experiencing homelessness.
A heartfelt thanks to all our partners, Delogue, TCOG, and Casestudy, and to our inspiring speakers, panellists, and attendees. You helped turn this event into a true celebration of collaboration, insight, and progress. Let’s keep turning transparency into action, together.
