WE Program is an innovative, dialogue program that actively works in global supply chains to improve the working conditions of the workers. Human rights are not just a collection of facts. Instead, they are based on power dynamics and relationships. Therefore, the key to improvement lies in dialogue between all the people involved. We's approach is holding dialogue among workers, managers and factoryowners to change relationships and ways of working in a way that protects human rights. The We Program is active in Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Türkiye, China, Vietnam and Cambodia. The program activities are carried out by the local WE teams and tailored to each factory's reality and specific needs to make sure that relevant human rights issues are addressed for betterment of working conditions.
